    As a branch of Aardwolf Industries, Aardwolf India builds on core technologies, design principles, and engineering expertise developed in Australia. This foundation was shaped by practical experience in handling heavy materials, where safety, stability, and operational efficiency are fundamental requirements.

    Over time, the engineering principles first established through mechanical lifting solutions continue to shape Aardwolf India's material handling portfolio, with vacuum lifting solutions playing an increasingly important role.

    Our Heritage

    The technological foundation of Aardwolf Industries traces back to the early innovations of James Corbett, whose work laid the groundwork for the development of Aardwolf lifting solutions.

    During the 1980s, while operating manufacturing businesses serving the stone industry in Australia, James Corbett encountered firsthand the limitations and risks associated with lifting heavy stone materials. Drawing on this experience, he developed lifting clamp designs for marble and granite that emphasized improved load control and reduced lifting risk. These designs were later patented in the early 1990s.

    Beyond addressing specific technical challenges, these innovations established a design approach that remains central to Aardwolf today: solutions that are simple in principle and effective in real-world application. Building on this foundation, Aardwolf Industries expanded its product portfolio and began supplying lifting and material handling solutions to international markets.
