Barrier Lifter - ABL255-2000

Introduction

The Concrete Barrier Lifter is a specialized solution for lifting and transporting concrete barriers, and it is also suitable for handling sandstone blocks under various working conditions.
The device operates with a gravity-controlled automatic mechanism: when lowered, the clamp jaws open to position properly; when lifted, the system tightens automatically and keeps the load stable without manual locking. The clamping surfaces are covered with vulcanized rubber, providing better grip and minimizing scratches or chipping during transport.

General Features

  • Automatic clamp – lock – release by gravity: simple operation, fast handling, reduced reliance on manual actions.
  • Vulcanized rubber pads: increase friction and protect concrete and stone surfaces during lifting.
  • Rubber-lined protective bar: reduces direct impact on the material and lowers the risk of edge damage during handling.
  • Flexible applications: suitable for warehouses, precast yards, concrete handling areas, road/infrastructure job sites, and stone workshops.

Key Advantages

  • Safer operation: the self-locking mechanism keeps the load secure and reduces the risk of slipping or dropping.
  • Improved productivity: faster handling with reduced loading/unloading time for heavy materials.
  • Material protection: rubber lining helps prevent surface scratches and minimizes edge/corner chipping.
  • Easy and accurate placement: guide legs support alignment and improve installation accuracy.
  • Durable for industrial environments: strong construction designed for heavy-duty use on job sites.
