Double Barrier Lifter - ADBL-2000
General
The Double Barrier Lifter (ADBL-2000) is specially designed for lifting and transporting long and heavy materials such as concrete barriers, granite slabs, and sandstone blocks in a safe and efficient way.
The unit operates with a gravity-controlled automatic clamping mechanism: the jaws open when set down and tighten securely when lifted, ensuring fast operation and reducing handling errors. The contact surfaces are covered with vulcanized rubber, improving grip while protecting the material surface and minimizing the risk of scratches or chipping.
General Features
- Gravity-controlled automatic mechanism: clamps and locks when lifting, releases the load when lowered into position.
- Vulcanized rubber pads: increase friction, hold the load securely, and protect the contact surface.
- Rubber-lined protective bar: reduces the risk of cracking or edge damage during lifting and moving.
- Guide legs included: help balance the load and ensure accurate placement, especially for long materials.
- Practical applications: suitable for infrastructure and road projects, warehouses, precast yards, concrete handling areas, and stone workshops.
Key Advantages
- Stable handling for long and heavy loads: optimized design reduces vibration and improves transport safety.
- Faster operation: automatic mechanism shortens loading/unloading time and boosts productivity.
- Material surface protection: rubber pads and protective bar help prevent impact damage and maintain edge quality.
- More accurate positioning: guide legs support alignment and precise placement on the first try.
- Industrial durability: strong construction for continuous heavy-duty use.
